11 great ways to renew old things

With simple solutions like using salt, vinegar, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide, you can revive old items and use them again. Have you ever been frustrated to renovate your old or beloved items and feel like you can't get them back to their original condition? Maybe there is a way around this problem and you don't know the secret!

1- Meat slab

Clean old things like a slab of meat with a sponge dipped in lemon juice and salt and watch the miracle of their renewal.

2- A copper pot

Copper pots are the best type of cookware. To renew these old items, you need to use salt and vinegar. Simply cover the surface with salt, pour a little vinegar on it, and scrub it with a stiff-bristled mop or dishwashing detergent.

3- Chinese dish

Scratches on china plates are easy to get rid of. It is enough to use detergents specially designed for china dishes.

4- Oven baking tray

You can make a paste using hydrogen peroxide and regular baking soda and use it to clean burnt grease on oven trays. We put the dough on a baking sheet and let it rest for 30 minutes, then wash it.

5- Carpets

The solution for carpet cleaning is to use one cup of vinegar and two cups of water (the amount of water should be twice the amount of vinegar). Mix water and vinegar in a spray bottle, then spray it on the stain and place a damp cloth over it. Turn on the iron, set it to steam mode, and hold it on the fabric for 30 seconds.

6- Cast iron pans

To revive these old appliances, you'll need stove cleaner, gloves, a trash bag, and white vinegar.

Pour a thick layer of detergent onto your old cast iron skillet. To ensure that the liquid does not dry out, place the pan in a garbage bag and seal it tightly, place the pan in the bag for 1 to 2 days, then wash off the cleaning agent.

Then add a new layer of the same liquid, wrap it again in an airtight bag and leave it for another day. Then wash off the dirt with warm water.

Soak the pan in a mixture of warm water and vinegar (one part each) for an hour, then wipe the surface with washing powder and let the pan dry.

Preheat the oven to 250 ° C and place the dish in it for an hour. Then carefully clean the hot pan and pour a layer of olive oil over it. The hot metal will absorb the required amount of oil, then you can wipe off the remaining oil with a clean, dry cloth and put it back in the oven. This time, place the container upside down.

7- White sneakers

You can make your sneakers snow-white again using the following solution: one teaspoon of dishwashing liquid, three tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide, and two tablespoons of soda.

8- Leather furniture

To remove scratches on a leather couch, apply olive oil or baby oil to the scratches with a cork. Leave the oil to dry for an hour. If it is still visible after the first use, repeat the process.

9- Furniture or microfiber

This type of furniture needs special care, even if it is not old things. You can use a white sponge and rubbing alcohol to get rid of any stains that appear on it while scrunching. Wash the stains with a sponge dampened with rubbing alcohol, let it dry, and then clean the area thoroughly with a brush.

10- Leather bag

With the wet wipes, you can easily clean the stains from the leather bag.

11- Toothbrush

If you're looking to revive old things like your toothbrush, doing so is a lot easier than you think. To keep toothbrush bristles from bending, pour boiling water into a bowl and wrap the toothbrush around.
